Seru Epenisa Cakobau

Seru Epenisa Cakobau was a former cannibal and the first king of the United Fiji Kingdom. He installed a constitutional monarchy and set up Levuka as their capital(My UNESCO world heritage site). It was founded in 1871 and annexed by the British shortly after in 1874.
